Singapore-based ASMPT, a global supplier of hardware and software solutions for the manufacture of semiconductors and electronics, has deployed Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) to digitally transform its HR processes.
With offices in 32 markets globally, ASMPT needed a global system enabled by data and analytics that would help enable it to smoothly navigate various local requirements and regulatory frameworks.
Teaming up with Workday, ASMPT now has in place a centralised global talent management system known as the ASMPT Global People System where employees can access required information in a timely manner.
The intuitive and user-friendly interface is also equipped with automation and self-service functionalities, enabling greater convenience and seamless collaboration across diverse teams.
In addition, through data analytics with Workday AI and machine learning capabilities, ASMPT people leaders can better manage their teams and make smarter business decisions based on a solid technology and information foundation.
