With consolidated enterprise data, we can also benchmark utilisation more accurately and strengthen pricing discipline across the system. For example, by comparing consumables used in similar procedures across facilities, we can identify variations and inefficiencies, standardise best practices, and ultimately improve cost efficiency and patient outcomes.
Integrated data environments are also a critical lever for supply chain resilience. By connecting AI and data across inventory management, clinical operations, and demand planning, we gain greater real-time visibility and sharper forecasting, enabling faster, more proactive responses to shifting market pressures and potential disruptions.
Transforming to strengthen trust

By contrast, clinical AI creates longer-term value by improving how care is delivered and coordinated. It supports better resource allocation, reduces readmissions, and enhances both outcomes and patient experience through more connected decision-making.
At IHH, we are advancing the roll-out of Cerebral+, which supports electronic medical records, hospital information, and laboratory operations across key markets. By enabling connected patient records, it aims to support continuity of care and reduce duplication across different care settings.
