SN Aboitiz Power Group (SNAP), a major renewable energy company in the Philippines, achieved a 451% ROI and a payback period of just 2.8 months after deploying Kissflow to unify and digitize workflows across its business units.

This is according to results of an independent ROI study conducted by Nucleus Research.

Findings show that by leveraging Kissflow’s low-code platform, SNAP rapidly developed over 114 applications, replacing legacy systems, streamlining operations, and empowering citizen developers across the organization.

In recognition of this achievement, the project was honored with the ROI Award 2025 from Nucleus Research, which celebrates organizations that deliver exceptional business value and measurable returns through technology investments.

“Kissflow offers us powerful integration capabilities, enabling smooth connections with other systems and data sources for enhanced workflow automation,” said Maria Theresa Cabigon, CIO of SN Aboitiz Group.

Findings also show that the retirement of outdated in-house systems saved $61,000 annually in infrastructure and support costs.

Also, 19 employees trained as citizen developers, enabling business-led innovation without overburdening IT.

Further, there was a deployment of more than 114 custom applications across HR, operations, and IT service management.

In addition,  there were operational efficiency gains of 5-10% across HR and O&M processes.
SNAP’s modernization journey was driven by the need for a unified, scalable, and secure platform to align with its enterprise architecture roadmap while reducing IT dependency.

By choosing Kissflow over other low-code vendors, SNAP benefited from low total cost of ownership, scalability, and rapid innovation through its citizen developer program.

“SNAP’s success shows how organizations can accelerate digital transformation, empower employees, and achieve extraordinary ROI with our platform,” said Suresh Sambandam, founder and CEO of Kissflow.
