Multicare bolsters real-time decision-making across operations with Qlik

Multicare Pharmaceutical Philippines has deployed Qlik Cloud Analytics to modernize how its teams access insights, make decisions, and manage operations across a geographically complex distribution network.in the Philippines.

The company manages large volumes of sales, distribution, and field data. Before working with Qlik, Multicate relied on a manual, spreadsheet-driven reporting process that could take weeks to complete – slowing decision cycles and limiting visibility for teams working outside headquarters.

This made it difficult to consolidate, analyze, and act on operational data in a timely manner.

By automating data consolidation with Qlik, Multicare has reduced these processes to as little as half a day, freeing teams to focus on analysis and action rather than manual data preparation.

Multicare has also achieved an estimated 20% savings in data support and service expenses, improving overall operational efficiency.

Qlik’s mobile-ready dashboards have also transformed how insights are accessed across the organization.

More than 200 field staff and 30 sales leaders can now securely access up-to-date analytics anytime, anywhere. This enables teams to make data-driven decisions without waiting for centralized reports.

Working alongside Qlik partner Micropinnacle Technology, Multicare deployed Qlik Sense to deliver portable, self-service analytics that support decision-making closer to where issues and opportunities arise. This is an important capability in a highly distributed operating environment.

“Our teams need fast, reliable insights to make decisions in real time – especially when operating across multiple regions, partners, and channels,” said Julie Ann Catalan, commercial excellence manager at Multicare.

“Qlik has significantly reduced the time it takes us to access and analyze data, improved efficiency across our processes, and lowered our reliance on manual reporting,” said Catalan. “This allows our teams to respond with greater confidence and precision, wherever they are.”

Maurizio Garavello, Qlik SVP in APAC, said healthcare and pharmaceutical organizations are under constant pressure to operate efficiently while managing complex, distributed operations.

“By enabling faster access to trusted insights and putting analytics directly into the hands of users, Qlik is helping Multicare strengthen day-to-day decision-making across its nationwide operations, without adding operational overhead,” said Garavello.
