To address these challenges, Mindsprint deployed GROW with SAP in six months, bringing together its finance, sales, procurement, and operations under one cloud-based ERP. The implementation included integrations with SAP Concur and SAP Ariba, along with the deployment of robotic process automation (RPA) to streamline reporting and reduce manual workloads.
As a result, Mindsprint has accelerated its month-end financial reporting processes by 30% to 50%, enabled 100% system-based revenue recognition, and established end-to-end visibility into staffing, utilisation, and project profitability.
