Consulting firm HR Path raised a record 500 million EUR fundraising from investment house Ardian.
This largest fundraising exercise in the company’s history will play a crucial role in driving the next phase of HR Path’s growth and international expansion in Asia, the United States, Canada, Germany, the Nordic countries and Australia.
By offering a comprehensive and customized approach to the full range of HR issues companies face, the group positions itself as a true “one-stop shop for HR”.
Through its three business lines — advise, implement and run — HR Path provides consultancy services, HR systems implementation and payroll outsourcing, enabling companies of all sizes and sectors to effectively transform and optimise their HR functions.
In the Asia-Pacific region, the group now operates in five branch offices (Australia, India, Indonesia, Singapore, Vietnam), employs over 50 people, and serves over 70 companies including DFS, NTUC First Campus, Sacombank, Panasonic Sales Vietnam, Chandra Asri, Petrosea and XL Axiata just to name a few.
In APAC alone, it has a turnover of more than 5 million euro, with a CAGR of 10% since 2021.
Thus, a portion of the proceeds from the latest fundraise will be dedicated to the group’s expansion in Asia Pacific.
“Securing this 500 million EUR financing from Ardian is a transformative step for HR Path. This operation will enable us to strengthen our local position and develop new service offerings to meet the needs of our clients.” said Teck Seng Lee, HR Path managing director for APAC.
HR Path intends to use the new funding to continue and accelerate the external growth strategy initiated in Asia Pacific since 2021, which has seen the integration of Daya Dimensi Global (DDG), a regional company specialised in SuccessFactors since 2012.
The group is currently exploring several avenues for partnerships and collaborations to expand HR Path’s growth in both geographical presences, and service and solutions offerings.
