PT Gunung Raja Paksi (GRP), a member of Gunung Steel Group in Indonesia, has partnered with Darwinbox to digitalise human resource processes and improve employee experiences for the steel manufacturer.
For GRP, this ushers in a time of data-driven decision-making, unbiased compensation modelling, continuous learning, and sentiment analysis amongst other workforce-critical mandates, to enhance its workforce experience from a digital perspective.
The Darwinbox HCM platform introduces further automation, alleviating administrative work, and allowing for more self-service for GRP’s more than 4,500 employees across Indonesia.
Real-time AI-powered data will help GRP with workforce sentiment analysis for — making every metric related to its human capital available at the fingertips — to inform the company’s data-driven HR strategy for employee engagement.
