Bank of Thailand picks Oracle for sleek, secure HR flow

The Bank of Thailand (BOT) has selected Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM), a complete HR system to promote a digital workforce with an improved employee experience and to reduce manual processes and improve workflows.

As the central bank of Thailand, the BOT has embarked on its digital transformation campaign and having an employee-centric HR platform is a key enabler of this change, and critical in attracting and retaining top talent.

With hybrid work models fast becoming a mainstay the BOT examined its existing HR solutions and realised the importance of having an innovative HR system to attract, nurture and retain talent.

Oracle Cloud HCM is able to standardise HR processes on a common data platform, which will enable the organisation to provide a consistent employee experience with easy-to-use HR management tools, as well as to help foster its internal excellence.

“We expect that Oracle Cloud HCM will streamline our HR processes, provide our employees with an engaging experience, and consolidate all HR data within a single platform,” said Suchot Piamchol, senior director and head of BOT’s Human Resources Change Management Project.

“This will ultimately enable effective data-driven HR and organisational operations,” said Suchot.

Oracle Cloud HCM promises capabilities for human resources, talent management, workforce management, payroll, and delivers the employee  experience platform Oracle ME.

These self-updating platforms provide organisations the ability to build, innovate, automate, adapt, and leverage new business opportunities on-demand.

“The digital transformation of Thailand’s financial services sector is a critical component to meet the nation’s ‘Thailand 4.0’ strategy,” said Taveesak Saengthong, managing director of Oracle Thailand.
